    About the Job

    Reporting into HR Manager for Iberia, this role is based in the main office in Barcelona. This role will be responsible for providing high quality and timely professional HR support to retail business to match the needs of our business for Iberia with more than 140 stores.

    • Providing generalist and operational HR support, acting as an internal HR consultant by providing advice to retail business for LS & DS.
    • Equality Plan: responsible for the execution, coordination and follow up of the actions agreed.
    • Understand the HR needs of the business and partner with managers to identify their HR service requirements and support business change efforts, initiating and facilitating change and business improvement activity in line with strategy.
    • Support the Learning & Development activities in the design and delivery of local talent management and succession planning, and sourcing specific performance data on individuals. Facilitate the implementation of organizational effectiveness and communications, in line with strategy.
    • HR projects and contribute to business projects.
    • Facilitate the understanding and implementation of key HR processes (resourcing, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, succession planning, policy and practice, employment legislation) supported by the HR team where relevant.
    • Implement and maintain the highest professional standards for all HR activities in accordance with local legislations and good practice.
    • Driving diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business.
    • Closely partner with our business managers and HR partners to identify and assess the future skills and competencies to lead our organization forward.
    • Close collaboration with payroll overseeing end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy, timelines and compliance.

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an international company, and fast-paced industry sector.
    • Strong understanding of labour law and HR compliance regulations.
    • Spanish native or bilingual. Fluent in English.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, Workday systems (a plus).
    • Independent, curious, and open minded, proactive, strong sense of ownership, assertive and passionate for high level of client satisfaction. Resilience and open to work under tight deadlines.
